We can't control postal or customs processing, so transit times can vary, but international packages usually arrive in 2–3 weeks. Your order is covered up to delivery, so you never have to worry.

People wear our tails in a lot of different ways, so every tail comes with a choice of attachment. It's the first menu on every listing.

• Clip on (no plug). Your tail comes with a metal clip so you can clip it to your pants, a belt loop or a costume.
• Plug. Your tail is attached to a plug. Choose metal or silicone in small, medium or large. Measurements are in the last photo of every listing.
• Detachable. Attach and detach your tail from the plug quickly and easily. Buy extra tails as cheaper clip tails and swap them on one plug, or take the tail off to wear it in public, at parties and festivals.
• Tug Tails™. Regular tails should never be pulled. Tug Tails are built for it: extra durable, detachable and interchangeable.

We've spent years finding the best faux furs and crafting materials, so that our tails last. We have over 100 furs in stock. If you want a tail or ears you don't see listed, just ask.

Our silicone plugs are medical-grade silicone. Our standard metal plug is a chrome-plated aluminium alloy, and we offer 304 stainless steel as an upgrade, just ask.

We take allergies very seriously. If you are unsure whether anything here might cause a reaction, please don't buy it. Your safety matters more to us than a sale. Questions are always welcome at info@vuzara.com.

• Don't pull. Remove plugs by the round metal base, never by the tail. Pulling can separate the tail from the plug and isn't covered. If you want to pull, get a Tug Tail™.
• Brush lightly when it arrives, to remove loose fibres from shipping. The gentler you are, the longer it lasts. Avoid bending, folding or rolling over on it.
• Use water-based lube. It works well and cleans easily.
• Spot-clean only. Use a cloth with warm water and a little mild soap on the area that needs it. Don't soak the whole tail; the extra weight pulls on it.
• Store it safely, away from pets who think it's a toy. Keep it in the clear bag it came in, or hang it from the plug end (plug covered), never from the tip.
